If you’re tired of constantly battling your thoughts, anxiety, or the weight of perfectionism, you don’t have to go through it alone. I support clients in gently untangling patterns of trauma, shame, and self-doubt so they can feel more grounded, peaceful, and connected to themselves.
I understand how exhausting it can be to live in your head, constantly overanalyzing, second guessing, and trying to meet impossible standards while carrying the invisible weight of past pain or anxiety. My goal is to offer a space where you can exhale, feel safe, and begin to explore those inner patterns with curiosity and compassion.
What drew me to this profession was my own experience with perfectionism, pressure, and anxiety. Growing up as a competitive dancer, I learned early on how to push myself, strive for excellence, and hide the parts of me that didn’t feel “good enough.” On the outside, I looked composed and driven, but inside I was constantly chasing approval, fearing mistakes, and measuring my worth by how well I performed.
That journey is what inspired me to become a therapist. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to break free from perfectionism and self-criticism, and how transformative it feels to be met with understanding and compassion instead of judgment.
Together, we’ll work toward quieting self-critical thoughts, processing the impact of trauma, easing anxiety, and rebuilding a sense of trust within yourself and your body. My approach blends reflection, evidence-based strategies, and self-compassion, always moving at your pace and honouring your story.
